The HOMRICH leadership team is committed to utilizing the latest cost-effective demolition and remediation methods for timely and competent project completion while providing a safe work environment and continually monitoring, considering, and mitigating environmental impact.

Scott Homrich
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Scott serves as the visionary leader of HOMRICH and leads the sales, marketing and estimating departments. He is heavily involved in the tracking of industry trends, emerging markets, and guiding the staff though market shifts. His early stage involvement with project estimating and consistently monitoring the progress of current projects is essential to assure that all our services are performed properly and efficiently while ensuring timely, safe, and satisfactory projects. Scott has over 27 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industries. He has served on site at multiple major demolition and environmental projects and has the experience to exceed the demands of the most challenging projects. Scott is the current Vice-President for the National Demolition Association. He has served the NDA in many different capacities over the past 20 years.

Tim Homrich
President
As President, Tim is responsible for the overall operations of the HOMRICH project and equipment management groups. Tim also works with the HOMRICH health and safety group to develop project specific work and safety plans ensuring all of our operations are performed in a safe manner. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industries and has served as a project manager and superintendent during his rise to President. Under his operational leadership, HOMRICH has developed a variety of demolition processes for dismantling high-rise structures unique to the industry.

Nick Straub
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Nick is responsible for environmental project oversight, health and safety as well as ensuring that employees in the field have appropriate training and credentials. This allows HOMRICH employees to perform their job safely, efficiently, and according to current regulations. Nick’s General Manager role involves overseeing the day to day business operations of the various HOMRICH entities. Nick has over 32 years of experience in all segments of the demolition and asbestos industry.

Anthony Abela
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Anthony is responsible for the overall aspects of the project. Anthony’s main focus is planning, subcontracting, problem solving and working with HOMRICH staff, subcontractors, owners and representatives to achieve successful outcomes. Anthony has held various roles within the field of business and demolition the past 15 years. His positions have included accounting, finance, and field supervision (earthwork and general demolition), estimating, project management and operations management. Anthony has spent the last eight years of his career focusing on demolition and asbestos abatement.

Chris Urbach
Health and Safety Director
As Health and Safety Director, Chris is actively engaged in project planning from receipt of the “Notice of Award” through project closeout. In addition to the contribution he makes to each project, Chris is responsible for cultivating the company’s Health and Safety environment. He meets these challenges through site and task specific training, compliance preparation and frequent job site visits. Chris developed and utilizes an observation and reporting model to inform Managers of competencies and training opportunities. His background in nuclear safety, blended with experience in construction safety management creates a pragmatic approach to Health & Safety, one that consistently makes worker safety the top priority. Chris has nearly two decades of experience in industrial safety.

Jim Alfonsi
Project Manager/Project Controls
As a Project Manager, Jim manages schedule, budget, subcontractors and personnel on turnkey demolition and environmental remediation projects. He is responsible for writing and developing proposals in response to industrial and commercial RFPs. Jim composes bid content including executive summaries, organization cost narratives, technical sections, conclusions, etc. He works with internal and external partners to implement proposal strategies and meet proposal and project deadlines. Jim has 26 years of diversified experience in the environmental and engineering industry as a project manager as well as an extensive business background.

Keith Bohlinger
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Keith is responsible for liaising with management to ensure work methods are developed in order to meet program constraints. Keith is a key participant and active contributor throughout each phase of the construction project. Working closely with senior HOMRICH personnel, Keith is involved from project start to finish. With a primary focus as a Project Manager, Keith brings 12 years of professional experience in the construction/demolition industry to your project.

Jarrod Lewis
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Jarrod is responsible for project planning and oversight of demolition and remediation projects. He has over 30 years of practical, managerial, and executive experience in the industry. Jarrod’s experience ranges through commercial, municipal, and heavy industrial projects which include remediation, mechanical dismantlement, explosive use, and project design and implementation.

Paul Brant
Sr. Project Manager
As a Sr. Project Manager, Paul is a key participant and an active contributor providing insight throughout each phase of a project. During the entire process, he maintains communication with owners and subcontractors. His careful analysis of job specifications, site requirements, blueprints and scheduling issues ensures that projects are planned and managed successfully. With a primary focus on project management, Paul has over 29 years of professional experience in construction, asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, and demolition.

Dane Stritt
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Dane manages schedule, budget, subcontractors, and personnel on turnkey demolition projects. Dane is responsible for all aspects of the project. Dane’s main focus is planning, subcontracting, problem solving and working with HOMRICH staff, subcontractors, owners and representatives to achieve successful outcomes. His careful analysis of job specifications, site requirements, blueprints and scheduling issues ensure projects are planned and managed successfully. His excellent communication skills keep everyone informed of the project’s status. Dane is also responsible for providing site safety leadership and implementing policies and procedures to make the workplace safe for employees.

Matt Schwab
Estimator
As an Estimator, Matt is responsible for evaluating a project’s material, manpower and subcontractor costs to create an accurate estimate. During the bidding phase of a project, Matt performs site visits, meets with clients, and reviews project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of each project’s goals and objectives. Matt has over 12 years of experience in managing and estimating demolition projects. He has successfully managed numerous demolition projects in the commercial, industrial, manufacturing and power generation sectors.

Tom Lantagne
Estimator
As an Estimator, Tom is responsible for evaluating a project’s manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs to provide the client with accurate estimates. Tom conducts pre-bid job walks with clients and subcontractors, documenting factors that affect the bid process and scope. He is a key participant and contributor in value engineering studies and supporting senior management during preconstruction. He has 7 years of experience as a professional within the construction/demolition industry with a primary focus of estimating.

Patrick Roetting
Estimator
As an Estimator, Patrick is responsible for determining the resources required to develop accurate project estimates. He evaluates each project opportunity, thoroughly analyzing contract documents, drawings, and environmental reports to gain an understanding of project objectives. Patrick has over 10 years of experience both managing and estimating demolition, environmental remediation, and asbestos abatement projects in the commercial, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Jason Homrich
General Superintendent
As General Superintendent, Jason is responsible for the overall site management of demolition activities, asbestos abatement, remediation, and scheduling. From project start to finish, Jason maintains close communication with senior HOMRICH management to coordinate, monitor and strategically plan all activities and processes that will be performed at the site. Jason offers 25 years of experience in construction, total and interior demolition, asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, and UST removal.

David Root
Site Superintendent
As a Site Superintendent, David is responsible for the overall site management of demolition activities, asbestos abatement, remediation, and scheduling. David offers 15 years of experience in construction, total and interior demolition, asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, and UST removal. David’s experience in the demolition and environmental industry has many notable achievements during his time. Under his leadership, HOMRICH developed a demolition process for dismantling high-rise structures unique to the industry utilizing our ultra-high reach machine fleet. He successfully completes all functions of the scope of work, schedules sub-contractors, and monitors that all employees remain safe and compliant with regulation set forth by the MDEQ, USEPA, and OSHA.
